Bought LG washing machine three months ago had an engineer out two weeks ago. This is my fourth week without a washing machine. Customer service is absolutely ridiculous. One customer service told me that my part was on order when I went higher up to speak to a manager, she read off the same card and then told me my part was ready. Not sure why this was as previously I was told the part wasn’t ordered, so I asked for an exchange or a refund and come and collect a washing machine. She also told me this would take 24 to 72 hours. I’ve always had Lg my last washing machine lasted me 13 years and for the price of the washing machine, you would like to think they would give a full refund or just swap like for like if I could give this no stars, I would as they don’t care as a company
