LG are a benchmark in well intended but terrible customer service. I have been trying to log into my account for 4 weeks now and I phoned them for help and they keep sending the same email every 6 days , they ignore my replies and suggestions , now my brand new 100 inch TV not 2 weeks old is broken and I can't get them to arrange a repair , they give long winded explanations and insist I speak to the retailer who insists repairs are done by LG , I'd rather slit my wrists than be an LG customer .
