Defective Machine & Lack of Transparency

This top-loading washing machine with a 10 kg capacity fails to agitate properly, leaving detergent residue and stains, while also producing excessive lint despite regular cleaning. The AI mode does not operate as advertised, and I was informed that a 10 kg machine can only accommodate 4 kg in AI mode. More concerning is the refusal from the company/the retailer to provide the technician’s report. Customers deserve to see the service report for faulty products to understand the issue. This lack of transparency is both unusual and unacceptable.
