A Complete Nightmare to Handle

This has been a total nightmare to deal with. My washing machine broke down after 2 years and 9 months, marking the second breakdown. I've made 16 calls to the helpline, but the notes contradict each other with advice and information. This is the worst customer service I've encountered in years. I'm trying to get the company to offer a 'remedy' so I don't have to pay $700 for repairs.
