I've owned many products from this company and was satisfied until recently. My new TV, still under warranty, faced issues after a recent software update that removed the ability to record while the TV is off. This key feature is now lost. Complaining to the company led to a frustrating experience with their chat support, which felt designed to deter customers. After numerous calls, I received conflicting information about the issue. Finally, weeks later, they admitted the change was intentional due to some rights issue. The whole ordeal has left me extremely frustrated and dissatisfied.
