Disappointing Oven Experience

I purchased an oven from a retailer five weeks ago and quickly noticed the light wasn't functioning. I reported it to both the company and the retailer, but after over five weeks, I still have no updates on its repair or replacement. Additionally, after just one cycle of the self-cleaning feature, the oven rails were damaged, and there is noticeable discoloration, making it look years old. This has been one of the worst purchases I've ever made, and neither the company nor the retailer has provided a resolution.
