Frustrating Experience

I wish I could give zero stars. My fridge failed completely after just four years, forcing me to discard hundreds of dollars' worth of food. I contacted the company, but missed their call, and when I returned the call, I was told the department was closed. After running troubleshooting steps that made no sense, I was informed about potential service fees without any clear answers. My inquiries about consumer rights were met with deflection. Overall, this experience has been filled with frustration and poor communication from the company.
