Purchased a LG Front Loader ThinQ washer. Less than 2 months in, the machine stopped draining, continuously errors out. Contacted LG to arrange for repair, now a month later and still no luck. Number of follow ups between LG and their authorised repair service provider and they just pass the buck between each other - service repair provider still waiting for parts, LG waiting for service provider and still no idea when anything will get fixed.
