I reached out to customer support, went through various troubleshooting steps, and a technician was sent to run a cycle with a heavy-duty cleaner, but the stain issue remained unresolved. When I contacted the company again, they informed me that another technician visit would be necessary, and I would have to pay $450 for a disassembly and pressure wash, even though I haven't used it much. I always use the right detergent, perform machine maintenance every three months, and don't operate it frequently. I've experienced better results with less expensive brands over the years. I initially bought this machine for my white winter quilts, but it has been a considerable letdown. Definitely not worth the investment. A waste of my hard-earned money.
