"DONT EVER BUY ON LG.COM" brought washer and dryer on march 17th expected to be delivered on 28th of march 2026. Didn't happen called them on 28th was told still on transit and expected delivery day of 31th march. Never received call for delivery again. Called them back same old answer still in transit. At this time I already gave up already I stopped calling them. I did file complain to NY ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE for retail malpractice. Now I am more worried about paying monthly bill for the product I never received.
