This brand completely neglects its customers after the order is placed. When delivery dates are not met, you are left to handle issues directly with their delivery contractor — a company with which you have no agreement or influence. You're compelled to negotiate, plead, and express frustration to a third party. They use a specific delivery service, which has failed to arrive twice — with no communication whatsoever. No calls, no texts, no emails, and certainly no refrigerator. It's been nearly three weeks, and we still have no idea where our appliance is or if it even exists. We’ve contacted both the brand and the delivery service numerous times, and each time we speak with a different representative, receiving no answers and making no headway.
