Even with the new part installed, the dishwasher continued to malfunction. I immediately reached out to the company for a refund. As of January 13, 2026, this problem has continued for a long time, and I have not yet received my refund. The company picked up the defective dishwasher, but after six weeks of asking for my money back, I am still waiting for the reimbursement.
