I am writing to express my disappointment with the declining service standards of Lufthansa. Over my last four flights in 2 weeks with the airline, three have been delayed by an hour or more.​Furthermore, the in-flight catering has been consistently sub-par. On my the longer flights, there was no non-vegetarian option available, and the cabin crew were unfortunately unable to provide any information regarding the menu or alternatives. As a frequent traveler, I expect a higher level of reliability and professionalism from a premium carrier.
