Never again.Our first flight was delayed one and half hour.from Boston to Frankfort My son 5 years old want to go to the bathroom they said no it’s a lot of bumps my son can’t wait any more and they said it’s gonna be under your risk if something happens We landing late in Frankfort and we had hard time to find our terminal no one’s can help We did ask a lot of people till we get to customer service The second flight from Frankfort to CairoAnd also was delayed like have an hour I was setting next to the window and I looked up and I saw one of my bags they didn’t put it in to the plan I told one of the hostess this bag it’s mine and they didn’t put it in She said I’m going to tell the captain and she came back and said he will take care of it Before the plan it moved Then it moved without taking my bag And I asked again she said I know but he can’t do nothing They will send it next plan Food was terrible my kids was sleeping no pillows When we arrived to CairoWe find out there is 3 bags of my bags didn’t arrive We report that and till now it’s 4 days and we didn’t no any thing about them
