As of 11/8, I finally received a response stating that a refund for my undelivered order has been processed. I will follow up once completed. I emailed again as directed but received no response. The service has been terrible, and I plan to contact the appropriate authorities next. I ordered the rock stepper on 11/26 and was informed of a 3-5 week delivery time. Now, six weeks have passed with no communication after four emails to the company, leaving me no choice but to seek a refund.
