I ordered the Rock Stepper on Jan 2nd. On Feb 9th, I was told its in the final production stage and will be shipped in 1-2 weeks. It’s Feb 23 - and still no Rock Stepper. The customer service is unimpressive.

Edit: I reviewed the response from Lhanel customer service and want to clarify: At the time I ordered the Rock Stepper, Lhanel advertised that the pre-order window was 3-5 weeks. None of the advertising or later communication stated that the pre-order window changed to 6-9 weeks. The website, buried in the Shipping Info section, did say that orders placed Nov 10 - Dec 20 fall outside the pre-order window, but did not address orders placed outside that timeframe - which is the case for my order and my order was not immediately after the holiday sale. So no, Lhanel is NOT within the promised pre-order window for my order. And if you check the website today it says the item ships in 1 - 2 weeks. I paid for my item on time. I expect that you will deliver my order on time.

I understand that it takes time but we need at least an estimated ship date. I hope they respond to me soon as I just want to know an estimate. I explained that I am leaving the country end of March for a couple of months so it would be nice to either receive it before then or get a refund.

Disappointing experience with delivery

Sadly, my order still hasn't been delivered. I made the purchase 7 weeks ago on December 12, 2025, and reached out to the support team after 6 weeks. They responded with an apology, but a week later, there’s still no sign of my item. It's surprising how long they hold onto customers' money without fulfilling orders. I am now requesting a full refund. The item seems great, but the logistics are extremely poor.

Extremely Disappointed with Order Delay

I placed an order for a rock stepper on November 23rd and still haven't received anything, just excuses and a promise of a free gift. It's been twice as long as expected, and I have yet to get any tracking information. This is a terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend purchasing this product from them. They've taken our money and are profiting from it without delivering anything.

I placed an order on November 15th of last year and have yet to receive my item, only excuses! What type of business operates like this? The stated delivery time was 3-5 weeks, and now it has been 8 weeks with no updates! I was under the impression this was made domestically.

Six weeks without updates or delivery

As of 11/8, I finally received a response stating that a refund for my undelivered order has been processed. I will follow up once completed. I emailed again as directed but received no response. The service has been terrible, and I plan to contact the appropriate authorities next. I ordered the rock stepper on 11/26 and was informed of a 3-5 week delivery time. Now, six weeks have passed with no communication after four emails to the company, leaving me no choice but to seek a refund.

Enjoyable workouts after one week

I just completed the beginner's video set and really enjoyed the workouts! They provide a solid exercise experience without high impact. The sliders enhance the range of motion, and I'm excited to keep up with the workouts!
