I am in the same boat. I ordered the Rock Fit on January 11th & just emailed twice this week with no response. My order number is #202664. I understand that it takes time but we need at least an estimated ship date. I hope they respond to me soon as I just want to know an estimate. I explained that I am leaving the country end of March for a couple of months so it would be nice to either receive it before then or get a refund.
