Unbelievable. The product is lackluster at best. But the ‘customer service’? where to begin???
Shipping time was 2 months NOT the advertised 3-5 weeks, which gave me pause and I should have listened to my intuition. Now, I’m in the process of returning. Should be no problem. I emailed them and included my order number; just a simple straightforward ‘hey, please help me facilitate this return’ because the information on their website does not provide an address or a printable label or anything.
Now, I’m on day 3 of back and forth with them. They want to know why I want to return, they want a picture of the product, they want…idk…some bone marrow? It’s ridiculous and I can only assume that they are trying to run out the clock on my return window.
