I am writing this to raise a formal complaint regarding the unresolved refund for my recent order with Libas.I had purchased four kurta sets, and due to size issues, I processed a return request. The products were picked up successfully, and I was informed that the refund would be credited within 8 days.However, it has now been more than 20 days, and I have still not received the refund or any update from your team. I have tried contacting Libas multiple times by phone, but no one answers, and there is no effort to understand or resolve the concern.This lack of communication and accountability is extremely unprofessional. It is disappointing to see that a brand like Libas is unable to resolve a simple refund issue and is leaving customers without support.I request that this matter be addressed and resolved at the earliest.
