I am extremely disappointed. I received parcel with 5 outfits. I was happy unpacking first three as they were very beautiful and fit was right. But the fourth outfit stank so much of body odour. 5th was extremely big even though they were all the same size.
I asked them to rectify the outfit that has clearly been worn by someone else. They tell me as it’s international shipping they do not have refund/exchange policy. If they have such a policy they should make sure what they send out to their customers are in proper quality. I was going to recommend people to buy from Libas until this experience.
I am writing this to raise a formal complaint regarding the unresolved refund for my recent order with Libas.
I had purchased four kurta sets, and due to size issues, I processed a return request. The products were picked up successfully, and I was informed that the refund would be credited within 8 days.
However, it has now been more than 20 days, and I have still not received the refund or any update from your team. I have tried contacting Libas multiple times by phone, but no one answers, and there is no effort to understand or resolve the concern.
This lack of communication and accountability is extremely unprofessional. It is disappointing to see that a brand like Libas is unable to resolve a simple refund issue and is leaving customers without support.
I request that this matter be addressed and resolved at the earliest.

I want to give negative review bt unfortunately There is No Option. Pathetic Customer care...No reply for my concern ...wrong sized product. I URGE ppl not to purchase from Libas Product Delivered is completely Different than shown on website
worn item was sent I was told by phone they will sort the issues ita been 2 months ans its been ignored they good reviews but they will never a company fulfill customers complaints sent me a ripped suite, and now advertising on youtube, sending people free clothes to review disgusting place to shop and clothes are cheap qualityI wouod havvesent the images so everyone can see my damaged worn suite ans the round circles are odd on Arms and it's so cheaply made if the come it wouod ready for bin I will be reporting this company trading standards because I gave you 8 weeks to resolve this and yiu littlery just ignored the complaint wow ate for real bad company onky want peoples money
