EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered a bundle that included a chair, footstool, extra battery, and cooling pad. To my dismay, I only received the chair and cooling pad. It's been nearly two months, and I still haven't received my footstool or extra battery, which I paid for. I've sent several emails and reached out to customer support, but my messages go unanswered, and the live representative just gives me vague responses. Frustrated, I requested a formal return, but they still haven't approved it after two weeks and expect me to cover the return shipping, even though I didn’t receive my complete order. I'm still waiting for a reply!
