I ordered the chair on 3rd of september 2025. Received it around 20 december 2025. Sent it back to them for refund the next day. After that, it went silent. We are now 3 months further, and hear nothing anymore. No way to call them. Only mail. Dont think you can try this chair, if you buy it, you cant sent it back. Or you will lose your money as i have.
Libernovo does not honestly preserve poor ratings to artificially inflate their ratings. I am going to review both my experience with their support and with the Omni chair.
With regards to their support: it takes days-weeks to get a reply from them, if ever. Support is poor, to say the least.
For the chair: I am on the taller side at about 6'1" and 190 lbs. I bought this chair to help alleviate by back pain, since the ratings seemed good at the time. Though the chair is advertised to dynamically adjust to the body of the user, I can confirm that function is very limited. There is no vertical lumbar adjustment on this chair, and it does not fit the contour of my back at all. This results in lower and upper back pressure, which is very uncomfortable by the end of the day. Additionally, the chair is creaky and built out of cheap plastic. They spend a lot of money on advertising and influencer placements. Warranty support is not long, so I don't expect the $1k investment to last long. I will return if they ever email me back.
I ordered a footrest through the website, expecting it to arrive within 5 to 8 business days. Once that period passed, I received no updates about my order. Upon reaching out, I was informed it would ship in early January. Now, on January 11th, there's still no news. I've tried contacting them again, but they haven't responded, and my order isn't even listed in the order search on the website. Luckily, I paid through a secure payment method, reported the issue, and received a refund. I advise against purchasing from this company due to their lack of reliability.

It's been nearly two months, and I still haven't received my footstool or extra battery, which I paid for. I've sent several emails and reached out to customer support, but my messages go unanswered, and the live representative just gives me vague responses. Frustrated, I requested a formal return, but they still haven't approved it after two weeks and expect me to cover the return shipping, even though I didn’t receive my complete order. I'm still waiting for a reply!
