My partner placed an order on November 24th and received a tracking number, but the item was never dispatched. The expected delivery time has passed, and the package seems to be stuck in Bali since that date. They complicate the process of submitting inquiries on their site, so he contacted their support team via email. He sought a refund since the order was never completed. They failed to meet their delivery commitments, and since the shoes were intended as a gift, they are no longer needed. Additionally, their misleading pricing in USD rather than AUD results in a much higher cost than anticipated. Overall, this experience was very disappointing; I advise avoiding them entirely as it’s not worth the trouble.
