I bought these shoes after months of targeted adds on Instagram. They look good but they are definitely not real leather. I queried this and they reassured me they were real. I wanted to get a refund but they insisted I pay for the return. I don’t trust that I would actually get my money back so I didn’t want to pay more for the return them.

My partner placed an order on November 24th and received a tracking number, but the item was never shipped. The delivery window has passed, and the package seems to be stuck in Bali since that date. They make it extremely difficult to use the inquiry portal on their website, so he tried contacting their support team via email. He requested a refund since the order was never fulfilled. They failed to meet their delivery commitments, and since the shoes were intended as a gift, they are no longer needed. Additionally, they use misleading pricing in USD instead of AUD, which results in a much higher cost than expected. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience; I would advise avoiding them completely as it’s not worth the trouble.

This purse is absolutely beautiful. The leather is silky, and the tassels are just right. It sits perfectly on my shoulder. Shipping was quick, with no extra fees or duties to Canada. I took a chance on this company since I hadn’t shopped here before, but I’m thrilled with my purchase and will definitely shop again.
The quality of their product is extremely poor! Just packaging items in a muslin cloth dust bag does not enhance the quality! Their standards are lower than many budget brands. The design and appearance are appealing, but the product images on their site are very misleading. The quality is unacceptable, and the odor from the goods is overpowering.
Do not be swayed by the attractive shoes in their advertisements. I purchased the Kyoto sandal, and the packaging had an awful smell. They didn’t even bother to box the shoes; they arrived in a cloth bag that reeked of an unpleasant odor. The shoes do not match the glossy marketing, and they lack even a simple imprint of their brand on the soles. The inside of the cloth bag had traces of a dark substance. This is shocking! Are these shoes even safe against my skin? I regret taking a chance with them. If you’re tempted by their ads and mixed reviews, just move on. What a disappointment!
