No refunds in this day and age is actually shocking Shoes didn't come in a box, As soon as I open the packing bag, the smell of chemicals was overwhelming. Customer service was quick to respond to advice no refund. Waste of 200$ CAD yes. The prices are in USD. Would not recommend
