Scam. I placed an order on March 28th and received a tracking number, but the item was never actually shipped — only a shipping label was created. It’s now well past the expected delivery window, and the package hasn’t moved at all. I reached out to their support via email, but unfortunately, I never received a response. Very disappointing experience overall. I had to request a refund since the order was never fulfilled.
