I would never use Liberty again for many reasons. I had a mortgage and offset: 1. Their app is operationally not easy. Money would go into the wrong account and i had to remember a number each time to get it in the right account ffs. 2: i would be charged dishonour fees because of $ going into the wrong account, even tho they had that $ in their system. 3 when i discharged the mortgage there were many errors, including them over charging me, then sending my land title to the wrong place. They are a joke. But they will lend you more money than other lenders (they charge high interest for that tho). That's how they get clients. This is arguably not a good thing either.
