The customer service is nearly non-existent, fees are steep with hidden charges, and there's no online capability, forcing me to call the service center and wait for hours. They left for the day after assuring me they would contact me. It took 11 months to discharge my loan, only after persistent follow-ups from my side. I overpaid, and I suspect I wouldn't have known otherwise. I strongly advise avoiding this.
