Do not trust this company. They lie and bait and switch. If I could give a zero star I would.
My Oven went out on Thanksgiving. Come to find out Liberty doesn’t have people in my area even though I asked before purchasing and they said they do. It is now Feb 2 2026. I just heard today they will cover the service call for tech I had to find on my own and they approved him. The tech needed to order parts. After months, Liberty contacts me and say they will reimburse for the service call and send me the parts, however, they will NOT cover the installation. Let me say it again, THWY WILL NOT COVER THE INSTALLATION!!! What kind of warranty company doesn’t cover installation. I am no appliance repairman. That’s why I got a warranty. I was now told they either supply parts or replace the item if parts can’t be found. THEY DO NOT COVER INSTALLATION!!!!
This is a crooked company. They are thieves. They take your money and then do next to nothing. Do NOT purchase from this company. Try any other one. This is a worthless rip off company that deserves bankruptcy. I will post every week about them until my “so called” warranty runs out.
