I have been a loyal Liberty customer for nearly two decades, and it pains me to say that in the last two years the online ordering and delivery has simply disintegrated into the worst possible service imaginable. Whilst in store is still lovely, the offer for those who want to order online/phone in an order is absymal. Due to the decision to use Amazon as a delivery service, I've seen several items lost in transit by a courier brand that doesn't even let you track your delivery. When this does happen, there is an apology and very little else. Other premium stores will likely give a small voucher to make up for the inconvenience, especially if the item is now out of stock - not here. Customer Services have become worse and worse, too - spelling errors on addresses, trying to charge postage when it's included within the Beauty Drop subscription, sending out the largest and most expensive size of an item without checking first.... It's a long and fulsome list! The Beauty Drop has also become downgraded over time, with an expectation that members pay £5 a month to get free (non) delivery with Amazon, and the quarterly beauty boxes which have become more anorexic over time. I am cancelling this week. Sadly, all this leaves a very bitter taste and takes the shine off the store as a whole.
