What was intended to be a thoughtful and luxurious gift turned into a frustrating ordeal. A friend bought an Advent Calendar for me, but the incorrect version was sent, and no gift message was included. When we reached out to the customer service team for an exchange, we were transferred multiple times, promised callbacks that never materialized, and ultimately left in the dark about stock availability. Given the retailer's established reputation, the lack of professionalism was shocking. We decided to order the correct version online, which arrived quickly but with a damaged box and missing accessories. This experience, which should have been special, turned into a series of avoidable disappointments. I hope this review encourages necessary improvements, as it’s disheartening to witness such a decline in standards.

I was let down by the service received. In-store, the staff were rude and provided the wrong jacket despite my clear photos; I ended up locating the right one myself. I purchased three jackets, but one still had the security tag attached. It took a long time to remove it at home, requiring a special tool and a receipt verification. Given the amount spent, I expected much better from a luxury retailer.

Despite putting money into a loyalty scheme, I struggled to use my credits for a highly anticipated item due to ongoing issues with customer service and payment failures.
