Dreadful Experience.Bought a Bag for my wife which had defects, tried to return Via Dpd which ended up being a nightmare, I had to pay Royal Mail in the end to return the item, this was a gift for a birthday present and I ended up with so much stress. 25 days later the bag was returned to liberty.
