Even though I called about progress weekly, Chad never got back to me even though I was told he got the messages. After 6 weeks of no contact, I had to go to a different tax expect to file an appeal and refile. Chad did not even have the curtesy to contact me and tell me he was too inexperienced to handle my case. Would 100% not recommend.
