Used a cashback bonus which they provided me after a deposit. Used it on a matket and the bet lost. They denied that a bonus as such ever existed although i provided them a screenshot. As an answer they gave me some terms and conditions showing that they can change or deny a bonus as they like. Fck this company and stay away.
