I submitted a withdrawal request on January 29, 2026. Even though a week has passed, I keep receiving the same responses in emails. The emails state that withdrawals normally take 3 days, but there's been no progress after a week. I hope you can help me here.

Scam site

They claim that payouts take up to 3 days, but it’s been more than a week and I still haven’t received my money. They keep lying and saying they have too many payouts to process. In reality, they don’t seem to have proper funds — sometimes they pay one person using someone else’s money. The whole site is a scam. Stay far away from it.

Ich habe am 26. August 2025 eine Auszahlung von 500 € beantragt (Visa, Transaktions-ID: 1ac21b77-3cee-4729-80ec-557e2f9d8b72).Gemäß den AGB sollte die Auszahlung innerhalb von 3 Werktagen bearbeitet werden. Selbst die verlängerte Frist von 5 Werktagen endete am 02. September 2025.Am 03. September 2025 hat Librabet meine Auszahlung ohne mein Einverständnis storniert. Ich musste einen neuen Antrag stellen (Banküberweisung, Transaktions-ID: 2027dc2f-08bc-468b-8b63-f2bf7ee62483), der bis heute noch in Bearbeitung ist.Gleichzeitig zeigt mein Konto:keine Einzahlungen seit 2021,nur 27 Sekunden Spielhistorie,und mein VIP-Level ist seit vier Jahren trotz mehrerer Einzahlungen auf Level 1 festgefroren.Ich habe alle KYC-Dokumente proaktiv eingereicht. Dennoch verzögert Librabet weiterhin mit vagen Ausreden.⚠️ Meiner Ansicht nach ist dies ein klarer Verstoß gegen Fair Play und Transparenz. Sending SMS promotions in late nights also, although i contacted them 5 times to stop, everytime same story, probablly talking to bot, didn't bet there for 6 months and was waiting that long for my acc to be verified and be able to withdrawal, THE WORST experience, if I can would give even less rating.This mistreatment with SMS gave me headaches, how rude they are its impossible, would sue them if there is chance for what they are doing.
