If I could pick 0 or -0 I would. I have been waiting for weeks to receive my bag and the site for tracking is not accessible. AI Emily told me to try the same link as the one I had and again it doesn't work. Since I was purchasing the bag for a gift to a friend, I asked to cancel my order and requested a refund. Have NOT heard back from them so all I have is that the order was placed and packing slip made. I guess I just write this up to experience. Wish I had read reviews first like I usually do!!
