Avoid this company!! I purchased the ‘luxury’ hobo real leather bag with free purse/pouch. The company does not tell you until after you have purchased that the product is being shipped by boat from China. It arrived later than the delivery time stated. I would never have purchased if I’d known the shipment was by sea. When it arrived it is anything but luxurious, it is not real leather as advertised. The lining in the side zip was caught in the zipper so it was stuck open half way. Certainly not handcrafted as advertised. I emailed straight away with the poor quality, they asked for photographs, I sent plus a video showing the zip could not be moved due to the lining being sewn into it. The returns policy advertised is a lie, they will not refund in 30days as advertised, I sent them a screenshot of their online policy. They expected me to pay for the refund to Australia even though it was shipped from China, have the tracking evidence to prove, once they decide it’s faulty they would only refund 50% of the purchase price. Had I seen this bag in person I would never have purchased it. I am not spending a penny more in postage costs to Australia from the UK, only to potentially have 50% refunded. I have since read all the negative reviews, I wish I’d researched before I purchased. This is a genuine review and I hope others will read to avoid them disappointment also.
