The customer service is disgraceful. ;- if you want to send the items back you have to send them back to Australia. THEY Libra expect the customer to pay for the shipping. Then after they( LIBRA) have inspected the item/items will decide if you get a 10% refund. BTW; A similar hobo bag and wallet can be purchased from cheap websites for less than £10.00. Libra are breaking trading standards legislation and should be banned and reported to trading standards, Watchdog and other consumer programmes..
