This Company is a complete Scam! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, the bag is cheap pu leather with inferior trims i.e., zips rings etc, i wouldn't be seen out with this bag and I would be embarrassed giving it to a Charity Shop! Please be aware i have never had to write a report such as this, but feel so annoyed that I have been taken in. On asking for instructions for returning bag for a refund,I was told to return it to Australia!! at a cost of £25 and no guarantee that the address actually exists or that you will get your refund. Please, Please do not be taken in by this advertisement, do not waste your money and i sincerely hope that this Company somewhere along will be charged with fraud.
