I'm truly frustrated. I ordered two books on December 10, and it's now January 14 with no delivery. I've received emails saying they're 'close' or 'being prepared for delivery' more than three times. They keep promising 'in 5 days,' but it's been over 10 days with no updates. I won't be buying again.
