Great selection of high quality international book retailing with cheap shipping costs for the price of relatively long wait times (took nearly a month from placing an order to receiving the books)
I'm deeply disappointed. I ordered two books on December 10, and now it's January 14 without delivery. I've received multiple emails saying 'they are close' or 'being prepared for delivery,' but it's been over 10 days since the last update. I won't be purchasing again.

They keep promising 'in 5 days,' but it's been over 10 days with no updates. I won't be buying again.
The shipping is quite slow, and I don't understand the point of listing books that are out of stock. I ordered two books, and after some back and forth with the support team, they mentioned, 'However, it is possible that we will not be able to obtain the books for you.' To be honest, the support was good; I had no issues with them, and they even offered a refund.
An exceptional and professional bookstore based in the EU. They truly go above and beyond for their customers. I've bought numerous books from them and prefer supporting a store that delivers excellent service over others. They will search globally for the book you need, which is rare and commendable.
I found the books I was looking for at prices lower than elsewhere. The packaging was excellent. If I could wish for one thing, it would be faster shipping. I placed my order on November 17 and received it in Finland by December 3. It was definitely worth it, and I will continue to order from here.
