After completing the payment, I was directed to the service’s website, where I was promised an order confirmation email followed by the license keys. Nothing arrived. I tried to contact them using the payment receipt through their contact form, sent an email to the support address, and called the provided number. Over 24 hours later, there was still no response. This is frustrating, especially since they suggest contacting support immediately if licenses are not delivered. I checked my spam folders multiple times, and no emails ever came through. I received no reply at all: no explanation or help. I am now seeking a chargeback through my bank. I cannot recommend this platform; it does not seem trustworthy based on my experience.
