We bought several keys from the service; only a few were genuine. The others were duplicates and unusable, which is unacceptable for a paid service. We have reached out to the support team multiple times via email to address this issue but have not received any response. Providing duplicate keys and ignoring customer inquiries demonstrates extremely poor service and unprofessionalism. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this service.
I bought two software licenses using a credit card. After completing the payment, I was directed to the service’s website, where I was promised an order confirmation email followed by the license keys. Nothing arrived. I tried to contact them using the payment receipt through their contact form, sent an email to the support address, and called the provided number. Over 24 hours later, there was still no response. This is frustrating, especially since they suggest contacting support immediately if licenses are not delivered. I checked my spam folders multiple times, and no emails ever came through. I received no reply at all: no explanation or help. I am now seeking a chargeback through my bank. I cannot recommend this platform; it does not seem trustworthy based on my experience.

I bought a key, and they assured me via email it was for Office 2021 Professional. However, when I tried to activate it, it turned out to be a 2021 Pro Plus key, which is completely different, yet I was charged for the professional version. Very disappointing.
