I purchased a set of light up reindeer from this company in their sale on 26th December 2025. The set was advertised as being 1 stag 5FT tall with 2 others (mother and baby) in the set. I paid £94.99 as this was the reduced price. The item was dispatched and appeared to be sent from Germany. Package arrived 9th January- from China !!!!. Package was the size of a small pizza box.There were no instructions, no power adapter, no ground stakes and the item was 20 inches tall with looses screws lying around the box. I have attempted to negotiate with Lichtzoone until I was exhausted. They took absolutely no responsibility for this despite me sending 11 emails with pictures. I was absolutely refused a refund and eventually settled for £38.00. I have now taken the issue up with my bank. Lichtzoone continue to advertise the item today.
