DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED.
You won’t receive your product and they won’t give you your refund.
I was told that if I wanted to return the product which I hadn’t even received I would have to pay for postage. This doesn’t even make sense considering I don’t have the product. I told them I didn’t receive the product and they made me aware they would issue a refund.
2 weeks later and I’ve not received a refund.
Ordered an item on which took several weeks to arrive despite recieving almost daily updates telling me it had been successfully delivered. When it did actually arrive, it was not what I ordered. I ordered a set of 3 light up reindeer, the largest being 5ft. What arrived was packed into a small pizza box, no more than a shelf decoration and not something I'd be willing to pay £10 for, never mind the £84.99 I had been charged. I have emailed the company on 4 occasions now asking for a return label as the item delivered is not what was ordered. They ignored my first three emails and are now saying the cost of return is my responsibility - to china! This is frankly illegal and extremely poor customer service. I will be taking this further with trading standards. Fraudulent,scam company. If they respond to this saying "please email" - rest assured, I have already tried.
