I had purchased this innovative scientific Pokeless glucometer with great expectations for a family member with diabetes. I found out these are simple oximeters with no value for the intended purpose and requested a full refund given i did not receive the advertised product. Original unopened packaging in original envelope meeting all criteria listed on the return policy. After multiple contacts asking me to open the packages to take pictures from customer service signing their names as "Grapes" and "Jelly" (suspicious) they told me the same as previous reviewers. Settle for 20% , pick something for the store front with a 75% credit and pay for shipping ,which I was unable to locate or send back to their Chinese warehouse at my expense despite being sent from California warehouse. After a lengthy process of their full examination they would decide if this product was resalable and only then would start the process of refund. Clearly discouraging any attempt at asking them to hold up to be a reputable company. As of now no satisfaction and still in process of refund attempt. ......More continued lies. This company has no intention of rectifying the lue that sold countless cheaply made oximeters under the guise of a non invasive glycometer. Which it clearly states it's not. They have had multiple contacts and countless pictures identifying the problem and still only offered a flimsy misunderstanding excuse and the 20% Partial Refund. The alternative offer was 75% of a $400.00 dollar item and additional shipping to a company that has already proven to be a scam company from China. Disappointed
