Lidl are holding £130 of my money, my card was declined but the money was taken from my account. I spoke to the store manager who said they will hold my money (it has not been taken from my account) for a week! Customer services stated I need to go back to store and store stated I need to contact customer services as they hold £130 on my money. Not good enough, especially during half term.
