Purchased 2 items online with a promise of delivery in 3 days using SEUR. Delivery was scheduled but never delivered on the due date. SEUR posted a message saying delivery delayed but no reason or any further information. Contacted Lidl customer service 3 times and each time they responded by directing me back to SEUR. No help whatsoever and no attempt to resolve the lack of delivery or delivery information going forward. Totally unprofessional and incompetent. No customer SERVICE whatsoever.
