Chest freezer never arrived - ordered freezer 15 Dec from Lidl.es when I paid it was to Inidy Hong Kong - I thought it would be in Spain. After many emails - freezer always in n transit be with you soon and one email saying give you a refund then another one n transit - I finally go the freezer has been delivered. NOT TO ME IS HASNT - I emailed Lidl and said where was it delivered when and can I see the signature - nothing - nada - now in the hands of my Bank to reclaim - do not use this online site they are scammers ! Not to be trusted whatsoever ever

No delivery… No Service

Purchased 2 items online with a promise of delivery in 3 days using SEUR. Delivery was scheduled but never delivered on the due date. SEUR posted a message saying delivery delayed but no reason or any further information. Contacted Lidl customer service 3 times and each time they responded by directing me back to SEUR. No help whatsoever and no attempt to resolve the lack of delivery or delivery information going forward. Totally unprofessional and incompetent. No customer SERVICE whatsoever.

Great discounts, discriminatory system

Lidl Plus offers fantastic discounts and weekly deals, a real help for families and great for reducing paper waste.But it’s also unfair. Many loyal shoppers, especially older people or those without smartphones, can’t access these offers at all. Not everyone wants or is able to use an app, yet they end up paying more for the same products.Lidl could make its system more inclusive by offering a physical loyalty card, a phone number option, or printed coupons.The deals are great, the access isn’t. A fair loyalty scheme should reward all loyal customers, not just smartphone users.

Low prices

Even though delivery takes very long to come, the prices here are way cheaper than their competitors. I would rather wait a bit longer and be patient, than overpay for the same thing.

I ordered a milk frother and it arrived…

I ordered a milk frother and it arrived broken. I immediately sent pictures and reported it was broken. They requested 10s of photos and documents and over a week and many emails later are giving no solution for a broken product they sent me. They finally replied saying I can return it and buy another one? They sent me a broken one so this is really inconvenient. Any time I received a broken product in the past from other companies they immediately offer a refund or replacement at no inconvenience to me.

Terrible service – product never delivered

A month after placing my order, I still haven't received the product or my money back. Their customer service is terrible; they only send me generic responses and don't address the problem. Basically, they stole €150 from me. I have neither the goods nor the money.

I do not recommend Lidl Spain online or SEUR.I am utterly disappointed with Lidl’s Spanish online service. I spent €259.99 on a paddle board, and due to a glitch on their website my billing address was recorded as the delivery address. As soon as I noticed, I contacted Lidl customer service, who assured me the address would be corrected.SEUR confirmed receipt of the package, with delivery scheduled for 25th August. From there, everything went wrong. SEUR is impossible to contact – they ignore calls and emails. Lidl has been promising for over 10 days to resolve the matter but nothing has been done.The result: I still don’t have my order, I’m out of pocket, and neither Lidl nor SEUR has taken responsibility.Shame on both companies for their lack of reliability, customer support, and accountability. I will not be using Lidl Spain online again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them too.

Visited the Lidl in Spain and it was a decent experience. Clean store and surprisingly wide aisles compared to the UK. I chalk that up to the lower cost of rent in Spain!Good selection of some items at incredibly good prices that I couldnt find in the UK. The European items were the same stuff I see every so often. There were Italian and Greek items which is the usual.
