I ordered a milk frother and it arrived broken. I immediately sent pictures and reported it was broken. They requested 10s of photos and documents and over a week and many emails later are giving no solution for a broken product they sent me. They finally replied saying I can return it and buy another one? They sent me a broken one so this is really inconvenient. Any time I received a broken product in the past from other companies they immediately offer a refund or replacement at no inconvenience to me.
